Protein levels of pro-inflammatory RAW264.7 Cells. RAW 264.7 cells were seeded into 12-well plates and then pro-treated with 6 for 6 h. Cells were then stimulated with LPS for 24 h. After 24 h incubation, the supernatant were collected and stored at −20 °C. The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the supernate were measured using the ELISA kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions. (Left,middle) pictures show the protein levels of TNF-α and IL-1β.
