Comparison of Human Immune Cell Chimerism in Three Immune-Deficient Mouse Strains. Female mice from three immune-deficient mice strains (n=10 NOG, n=10 NSG, and n=10 NCG) at 3–4 weeks of age were irradiated with 100cGy, then humanized with 1×10⁵ UCB HSPCs from the same donor. Peripheral blood was assessed by flow cytometry for human CD45⁺ cells at multiple time points post-humanization (intravenous injection of cells). Mean values are plotted with error bars depicting standard deviation.
