Infections of CEMx174 cells with SIVMneCL8 and the chimeric viruses. Virus harvested from CEMx174 cells transfected with the proviral clones was used to infect 8 × 105 CEMx174 cells at an MOI of 0.01. Infections were performed in duplicate for each virus.
