NOD.Ifih1^R mice exhibit an enhanced ISG signature. The relative mRNA expression of ISGs, including Mx1, Ifit1, and Oas1 in 14-week-old (A) males (n=8 NOD.Ifih1^NR/NR , n=6 NOD.Ifih1^R/R ) and (B) females (n=11 NOD.Ifih1^NR/NR , n=12 NOD.Ifih1^R/R ) separated. P values were determined using student’s unpaired t tests. All data are mean ± SEM.
