Measurement configurations. (a) For broadband measurements, we use coplanar waveguides, and excite the waveguide from both edges. (b) For narrow-band measurements, we use a one-port configuration, with waveguides terminated by a gap to ground. This allows us to use filters to minimize spurious signals generated within the LSNA.
