For example, 52.05 of “Mean Level 1” is the average “Total score” of all “Level 1” factors of “PVAa”, i.e. (40.19 + 55.52+60.43)/3 = 52.05. 60.82 was the average “Total score” of all “Level 1” of the factor “dexamethasone”, i.e. (40.19 + 61.86+80.42)/3 = 60.82. 62.59 is the average of the “Total score” of all “Level 1”of the factor “metronidazole”, i.e. (40.19 + 64.00+83.57)/3 = 62.58.
