IEF of a proteolytic fragment of MT. 293T cells were transfected with CMV vectors expressing wild-type or 257 mutant MT. Cells were labeled with ³⁵S-Express label for 2 h. MT immunoprecipitates were resolved on IEF gels as described previously (15, 16).
