Binding of MT to 14.3.3 in vivo. 293T cells were transfected with CMV vectors expressing wild-type (left) or 257 mutant (right) MT. Cells were labeled with ³⁵S-Express label for 2 h. MT immunoprecipitates were resolved on IEF gels as described previously (15, 16). Proteins specifically associated with MT are indicated by the arrows. These include hsc70 (HS70), the 36 and 63-kDa subunits of PP 2A, as well as the 14-3-3 proteins.
