Ratios were calculated from Southern analyses run as described in the legend to Fig. 4 in either the presence (+) or absence (−) of 25 μM BDCRB. All values were normalized to the amount of the EcoRI O fragment generated. Samples were collected at the postinfection times shown.
AD169 virion DNA was isolated and digested in side-by-side experiments, and fragment ratios were calculated as a control for linear DNA.
