After 24 h of treatment, SMARCA4 mRNA levels increased significantly in KRAS-wt cells treated with CBZ (p < 0.01) and decreased significantly in KRAS-mut cells treated with CBZ (p < 0.01). The difference between KRAS-mut cells and KRAS-wt cells treated with CBZ was also significant (p < 0.001)
