Participant responded to exit questions using a 7-point likert scale: strongly disagree, disagree, somewhat disagree, neither agree nor disagree, somewhat agree, agree, strongly agree. To summarise the data, the responses disagree and strongly disagree were combined and the resposnses agree and strongly agree were combined. The distribution of these combined responses were examined and strongly negatively or positively endorsed questions (Supplement 1) are summarized here and responses to all questions are available in Supplement 2.

SA – somewhat agree,
