Binding of [³⁵S]gB-S in the absence of HSPGs. IF cell monolayers were treated with increasing concentrations of heparinase (□) or chondroitinase ABC (⧫) for 60 min at 37°C. Binding assays were conducted for 90 min with 0.5 mg of [³⁵S]gB-S per ml diluted in PBS-GC. Each data point represents the average of duplicate wells. Bars represent standard deviations.
