ADMRI of lead compounds from KC reversal screening. An acinar to ductal metaplasia reversal index (ADMRI) was generated by dividing the mean fold change of the acinar genes by the mean fold change of the ductal genes to quantify the amount of molecular reversal that occurred in the cultures. A higher ADMRI value indicates a greater capability of reversing ductal cells back into their acinar state.
