NLRP3 overexpression inhibits the effects of L. plantarum on AGEs-induced HUVECs. NLRP3 overexpression vector was constructed and transfected into HUVECs. HUVECs were treated with 200 μg/mL of AGEs alone or in combination with NLRP3 overexpression plasmids for 48 hours, with concomitant intervention of 2×10^6 CFU/mL of L. plantarum for 24 hours.
