The NLRP3 inhibitor MCC950 attenuated AGEs-induced cell pyroptosis in HUVECs. HUVECs were treated with 200 μg/mL AGEs for 48 hours, with concomitant intervention of 1 μM NLRP3 inhibitor MCC950 for 24 hours. (A) Cell proliferation activity was detected by CCK8 assay. (B and C) Cell migration was detected by scratch assay. (D and E) Cell pyroptosis was detected by flow cytometry. (F and G) The levels of IL-1β and IL-18 were detected by ELISA.
