Abbreviations: APP, advanced practice practitioner; NA, not applicable.
Physician task load scores range from 0 to 100; lower scores indicate less cognitive task load.15,16,17
Work exhaustion scores range from 0 to 4; lower scores indicate lower levels of work exhaustion.18,19
Two clinicians did not fill out the work exhaustion portion of the presurvey and postsurvey.
Mean Likert scale scores for utility, quality, and time range from 1 to 5; lower scores indicate a higher level of agreement on a 5-point Likert scale.
Net promoter score is calculated by categorizing likelihood to recommend responses into promoters (score 9-10), passives (score 7-8), and detractors (score 0-6) and then subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. The net promoter score ranges from –100 to 100, with higher scores indicating higher levels of satisfaction.20
