Expression of drs mRNA during cell cycle progression of F2408 cells. Confluent cultures of F2408 cells were serum starved for 24 h and then supplemented with 10% FCS. At 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, and 18 h after serum stimulation, cellular RNA was isolated.
