Research Question 1. Mean comparisons between UR and general student population (non-UR) in STEM (n = 12,449) on full, prematched sample of STEM students (**p < 0.001). All student demographics are binary coded, 0 = no and 1 = yes so that the means can be converted to percentages for each group (i.e., a mean of 0.43 [non-UR] and 0.46 [UR] for White means that 43% of the control group [non-UR] are identified as White compared with 46% of students in UR). All student demographic variables are presented as the percentage of representation in that category for the control and treatment groups.
