Single-shot label-free multimodal nonlinear imaging (SHG, THG, CARS, 2PF, 3PF). Using a single fiber-laser pumped photonic crystal fiber source to generate supercontinuum illumination, along with parallel multi-channel photomultiplier tube detectors, multiple nonlinear processes can be excited in tissue simultaneously and detected to generate a spatially and temporally co-registered label-free image of tissue microstructure, molecular composition, function, and metabolism.
