Figure 3

Nomogram for estimating the probability of vasculopathy progression in MMD patients and its predictive performance. (A and B) Representative DSA of vasculopathy progression. An adult patient with progressive bilateral vasculopathy. The average Suzuki stage upgraded from III (A) to V (B), with the decrease of complement C3 from 110 mg/dL to 75.4 mg/dL at the follow-up. (C) A nomogram to predict probability of vasculopathy progression in MMD was established. (D and E) Calibration plot and decision curve analysis (DCA) were used to assess the nomogram model and other models. The nomogram model presented with good accuracy and clinical benefits.
