PBMC from patient CHD94-020 were stimulated with D4 virus and 7 days later restimulated with anti-CD3 and allogeneic feeders. Cells were restimulated every 2 weeks and tested in CTL assays 7 to 10 days after the last restimulation. The E/T ratios were 50:1 for experiments 1 and 2 and 106:1 for experiment 3.
