A complete list of UGT genes identified in An. funestus. The table includes official names for all UGT genes, VectorBase gene IDs, chromosomal location including gene start (Start), end position (End) and strand orientation (Strand), and length of the gene and amino acid sequence (aa sequence length). For the overlapping 20 UGT genes found in the FUMOZ colony reference and in the AfunG1 genome, VectorBase IDs from both genomes were reported, while Chr, Start, End and Strand were extracted from the FUMOZ reference genome. For the extra 7 UGTs specific to AfunG1 genome, the chromosome location, gene start, and end position were reported from the AfunG1 genome.
