Effects of sRAGE on endothelial dysfunction at 24 ​h and 48 ​h after SAH. Levels of (A) ET-1, (B) ADMA and (C) DDAH2 in rat CSF were measured by ELISA. Treatment with sRAGE significantly decreased the levels of ET-1 and ADMA, and increased DDAH2 as compared with the SAH48h ​+ ​Veh group.
