(A–E) NLRP3-deficient U937 cells reconstituted with doxycycline-inducible NLRP3 variants were differentiated in PMA (50 ng/ml) and treated with doxycycline (1 μg/ml), LPS (40 ng/ml), and nigericin (15 μg/ml) as indicated.
