Ability of mutant Cap-Pols to support ScVM1. Cytoduction assays were performed as described in Materials and Methods to assay replicase and transcriptase activities of mutant versions of the ScV Cap-Pol. About 100 cytoductants derived from each mutant were tested for the killer phenotype.
