Genes located within the inner portion of the circular structure are transcribed in a clockwise direction, whereas those positioned on the outer side are transcribed counterclockwise. The dark gray shading within the inner circle indicates the GC content, while the light gray represents the AT content. Various colors are used to indicate distinct functional genes. Genes containing intron are denoted with an asterisk (*).
