Each aliquot was stored at different temperatures and measured in fresh conditions (TB) after 6 h, 24 h, 48 h and 30 days (T30d). The dotted lines indicate the significant change limit (SCL) acceptable for the assay, which was defined as SCL = 100% ± 2 × Intra-CV.
