Effect of EO treatments on disease severity caused by P. syringae inoculated onto the leaves of tomato plants. Disease severity was measured by the McKinney index. P. syringae was inoculated at 106 CFU/mL, EO at 10%, and 0.1% v/v and CUPRAVIT BLUE 35WG at 1.4 kg/ha. Values are the mean ± SD of three replicates (30 plants each) per treatment. Statistical analysis was performed with the absorbance compared to the untreated control, and data were considered statistically significant when p < 0.05 (*** p < 0.001, **** p < 0.0001) according to one-way ANOVA multiple comparisons.
