Viability of human normal skin fibroblasts (Hs27 cells) incubated for 24 h with hydrogel base (2.5CS/2Gel), hydrogel-based scaffold (2.5CS/2Gel/10Ex), Scutellaria baicalensis extract (Extract), and baicalin (Bai).
