Vm and Km for reverse genetic influenza A viruses bearing WT or H274Y-substituted NA according to the NA subtypes on initial MDCK supernatants. Vm normalised by a viral titre in TCID₅₀ are presented on the left part of the figure (A), and Km are presented on the right part of the figure (B). Data presented are mean values ± standard deviation for normalised Vm, and mean values and minimal and maximal values for Km. The results were analysed by a Mann–Whitney test using Graphpad (Prism) software. The significant differences between the viruses bearing WT and corresponding H274Y-NA were presented (** p < 0.01, and *** p < 0.001).
