Table 2. Omicron BA.1 SARS-CoV-2 replicon with the S144A/E166A 3CLpro mutation has decreased susceptibility to nirmatrelvir.

Susceptibility of SARS-CoV-2 replicons to nirmatrelvir was assessed by Nanoluc activity. EC50 mean and standard deviations (SD) are determined from using both technical (n = 2) and biological (n = 2) replicates.
