(A) sGP₃ was immunoprecipitated from the medium of AdCMV5/ORF3-infected and [³⁵S]methionine-labelled 293 cells with α3 antiserum. The immunoprecipitates were left untreated (U) or were treated with either Endo H (H), Endo β (B), neuraminidase (N), and neuraminidase plus O-glycosidase (N+O).
