Coinfection of EBV-immortalized B cells with baboon LCV. Spontaneous, immortalized B-cell lines were recovered from PBMCs exposed to medium or baboon LCV, and evidence of EBV or baboon LCV infection was evaluated by PCR amplification of genomic DNA. PCR amplifications for EBV EBNA-2 sequences (top) and for baboon LCV EBNA-1 DNA (bottom) are shown.
