Number, severity, and characteristics of hot flashes for Evia users. This table lists the frequencies and percentages for Evia app users’ number of hot flashes, severity of hot flashes, hot flash characteristics, and number of night sweats. These data were collected from Evia app users who downloaded the Evia app. Data were collected via a questionnaire given on the Evia app to users prior to beginning the intervention and were analyzed retrospectively. These data were collected between October 5, 2021, and July 8, 2022. The Evia app includes a hypnotherapy intervention to help reduce hot flashes.
