^apTR-UF2 DNA was packaged in the standard reaction mixture (60 μl), and the products were treated with chloroform and heated at 55°C for 30 min. Aliquots of the reaction mixture were then precipitated with the B1 or A20 monoclonal antibody, and the yield of virus resistant to antibody precipitation was measured by infection of 293 cells as described in Materials and Methods. In vivo-synthesized and cesium chloride-purified rAAV and adenovirus (Ad) were used as controls.
