In discovery phase, two datasets were retrieved form GEO, integrated and analyzed to identify predictive biomarkers of HCC using feature selection and machine learning (ML) algorithm. Additionally, in the validation phase, the predictive panel was experimentally confirmed on a real-life cohort.
