In silico results for the simulated shift in the distribution of body mass index (BMI) for Canadian adults after chemoprevention with GLP-1 receptor agonists in adults with BMI over 27 kg/m2. In simulations, a 10% reduction in weight (kg) was applied to everyone with a BMI ≥30 kg/m2 and probabilistically to those with BMI between 27 and 30 kg/m2.
