Confocal microscopy uncovers differences in the association of ALG, DXS, PEG, and PLK NP with mucA22 biofilms. Biofilms produced by mucA22 (green) are incubated with NPs (magenta) for 4 h, washed, and z-stack images are taken using a confocal microscope at 63× magnification.
