48-hour wound bed biofilms containing MRSA or MRSA plus P. aeruginosa (PA) were treated for 48 hours with either polarized (HOCl-producing) or non-polarized e-bandages, with or without systemic antibiotics (MRSA alone, vancomycin – VAN; MRSA plus P. aeruginosa – vancomycin plus amikacin - Abx) and compared to Tegaderm only controls, with and without antibiotics. Wound purulence was scored before and after treatment. Statistical analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon rank sum test with correction for false discovery rate.
