Mir465c-1 and Mir465c-2 (Mirc56_15), as well as Mir465b-1 and Mir465b-2 (Mirc56_16), have identical sequences at the mature-miRNA genomic regions. Magenta symbols indicate sgRNA target sites on Mirc56_X's mature-miRNA genomic sequences, except for Mir881 (Mirc56_11). For deletion of Mirc56_11, one of the two sgRNA-Mirc56_11 targets a region upstream of Mirc56_11, while the other targets a downstream region.
