Validation of UbRGs expression was based on HPA database and experiments. (A) The expression profiles of UbRGs in normal and tumor tissues were retrieved from the TCGA database, and the immunohistochemistry images of UbRGs were obtained from the HPA database. (B) RT-qPCR was used to measure the expression levels of BOP1, CDC20, and UBE2S genes in the normal liver cell line (LO2) as well as in liver cancer cell lines (HepG2, Huh7, MHCC97H). (C) Western blotting (WB) was performed to detect the protein levels of BOP1, CDC20, and UBE2S in the normal liver cell line (LO2) as well as in liver cancer cell lines (HepG2, Huh7, MHCC97H).
