Grade Colitis—clinical presentation
1 Asymptomatic
2 Abdominal pain, mucus, blood in stool
3 Severe pain, fever, peritoneal signs
4 Life-threatening consequences such as perforation, ischemia, necrosis, bleeding, toxic megacolon
5 Death
