DARA treatment reduces tumor growth in a mouse model. DARA suppresses tumor growth in PEL xenograft mice. 107 BCBL-1 cells were subcutaneously injected into both flanks of mice (6 mice per group, in total 12 nodules). Three days after cell transplantation, 100 μg of DARA/mouse was intraperitoneally injected into the mice twice per week. The tumor size and morphology are shown in A.
