NKI-L16 also induces an enhancement of HIV-1-dependent syncytium formation in PBMCs. Ficoll-Hypaque-isolated PBMCs were incubated in the absence (A) or presence (B) of NKI-L16 for 30 min before the addition of an equal number of J1.1 cells.
