If three or more laboratory criteria are present, the patient should have echocardiography and be treated for Kawasaki disease
Serum albumin < 3 g/dL
Anemia
Elevation of the liver function tests
Platelet counts > 450,000/mm3 after 7 days of symptoms
White blood count > 15,000/mm3
Urinalysis showing >10 WBC/hpf
