DNAJA1-KO increases cell viability and reduces cytotoxicity in HUVECs. Cell Counting Kit-8 and LDH release assays were conducted immediately after incubation of HUVECs for 4 h at 43°C. (A) Western blotting was used to evaluate the efficiency of DNAJA1-KO, with GAPDH as the loading control. (B) DNAJA1-KO significantly alleviated the HS-induced decrease in cell viability. (C) DNAJA1-KO significantly mitigated HS-induced cell damage, as indicated by lactate dehydrogenase release.
