a. Gadolinium enhanced T1 MR image. The ependyma of the right lateral ventricle and the cavum septi pellucidi enhances intensively, as a sign of ventriculitis. Lateral ventricles are slightly enlarged. b. Unenhanced CT slice on the level of frontal horns.
