GTEx brain sQTLs were used as foreground while common SNPs were used as background. Only variants ≤200bp from cassette exons were used for analysis. Foreground and background variants were combined and ranked by |ΔPSI| predicted by each method and the enrichment of sQTLs among top k predictions with varying k is shown. The inset shows the enrichment of sQTLs among top 20,000 variants.
