(A) HIV-infected H9 cells that express the envelope glycoproteins of HIV-1 MN and Hx10 strains or HIV-2 LAV-2 at the cell surface were incubated with sCD4 for 2 h at 4°C, washed, and incubated with increasing concentrations of CG10 as described in Materials and Methods.
