Neutralization sensitivity of 320SI (PI) and 320SI-C3 (TCLA) in U87-CD4 cell lines expressing the CCR5 or CXCR4 coreceptor. Virus stocks of 320SI (○, •) and 320SI-C3 (□, ■) comprising cell culture supernatants (from PBLs and FDA/H9 cells, respectively) were standardized to yield a submaximal number of foci of infection on U87-CD4-CCR5 (○, □) or U87-CD4-CXCR4 (•, ■) cells.
